I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 20 years and have spent more than 13 of those managing properties in South Florida, where I built my own Property Management company and successfully managed over 650 properties.

I started my real estate career with Remax, and although I did very well as a listing agent, listing and selling homes, I constantly had to chase the next sale to maintain steady income and long-term success. That all changed when I discovered the world of property management.


With zero knowledge of how to manage properties, I was able to build a company from the ground up and go on to manage over 650 properties in South Florida, generating consistent monthly income.
